This notice explains how we handle your personal information, guided by our core values: Transparency, Accessibility, Anonymity & Privacy, Empowerment, Integrity, and Reciprocity:

We are also committed to being transparent about our data-sharing partnerships and funding (you can typically find more details on our website or by contacting us).
Anonymity & Privacy: Protecting your identity is paramount. We uphold the strictest data protection standards to ensure your individual privacy is rigorously protected and never compromised.

Integrity: We are committed to data accuracy, responsible interpretation, and unbiased reporting. We strive to acknowledge any limitations in the data and avoid misrepresentation.
Accessibility & Reciprocity: We aim to make the anonymised insights we generate widely available in understandable formats, ensuring the social work community benefits directly from participating and contributing data.

We only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the reasons we collected it. We follow internal guidelines to review and securely delete data when it's no longer needed. Anonymised data (which doesn't identify you) may be kept longer for ongoing analysis and insight generation. (Anonymity & Privacy)
Bubble.io: Hosts our web application and database. They process data as needed to keep the service running. (Transparency)

Sending Information Outside the UK (Transparency & Privacy)
Our hosting provider, Bubble.io, processes data in the United States. We ensure this transfer complies with UK data protection law, currently relying on a UK "data bridge" (Adequacy Regulations) which confirms adequate protection standards are in place. We are transparent about these necessary international transfers and the safeguards used.
We aim for the highest standards. If you have concerns about our use of your data, please contact us first using the email address at the top of this notice. If you remain unsatisfied, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
